Gillian Grace Sands, MA, MFT
Licensed therapist and group facilitator that weaves support for coaching, spiritual guidance, and codependency recovery.
For almost 20 years she’s been helping high achieving over-givers start to prioritize themselves as much as they do everyone else.
Through her private sessions and group programs, Gillian bridges science, psychology, and spirituality into practical everyday habits to help you create healthy boundaries that deepen your relationships and generate even more love and abundance- with grace, laughter, and ease.
Gillian’s superpower is tracking the nuances of her clients’ fear, anxiety, inner peace, regression, and personal growth progress. She understands the roller coaster of life. With kindness and humor, she guides everyone from executives, moms, celebrities, business owners, and couples on inner journeys to discover and connect with lost and new parts of themselves in a way that brings clarity and joy to even the most challenging relationships- just like magic.
Originally from Southern California, Gillian went through 14 jobs and 11 moves within 4 years prior to becoming a therapist. Her experiences include teaching, public speaking, sales, facilitating groups, training, merchandising, and event planning.
Gillian holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University and has a private practice in Los Gatos, California. Currently, due to her county’s COVID restrictions, she works with her clients solely on a virtual platform.
When Gillian’s not supporting her clients with their insights and breakthroughs, she enjoys a life filled with family, friends, learning and adventure. This includes eclectic studies in things like Mystery Schools, Martial Arts, and Sacred Geometry. She has walked the Camino De Santiago in Spain, safaried in Africa, lived in Bali for 4 months and studied Yoga, ran the LA Marathon, scuba diving in Honduras, Indonesia and Central America. She also enjoys the simple things in life like tending to her indoor and outdoor gardens, cooking, puzzling, weaving macrame and loving her four-legged feline friends, Maverick & Maya.
