Serenity During COVID-19
I’m aware that there are rapid changes taking place daily regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19). Your care and serenity during a time like this, is of the upmost importance to me.
Since this is understandably a stressful time, I want to do my part by keeping our therapy doors open and office space safe and sanitary. Prevention measures I’m taking are regular sanitation, frequent hand washing and avoidance of handshaking.
The security of your wellness, those of the others entering our space, and our clinicians is a priority. We kindly ask that anyone exhibiting signs of physical sickness (ie. cold, flu-like symptoms, sore throat) please refrain from their in-person appointment and seek care with your doctor
Phone or video appointments are an option, for either those not feeling well or if staying at home simply feels more comfortable. Please let me know ahead of time, so I may make arrangements in time.
Below are some tips to staying physically healthy regarding the coronavirus.
My Wellbeing Support Tips:
⭐️ There are things we cannot control, but there are many things we can (remember your A, B, C’s):
~ your Attitude
~ your Beliefs (and perspective)
~ your Choices (and behavior)
⭐️ Find some “upsides”:
~ forced staycation
~ unexpected quality family time
~ opportunity to organize & clean
~ less traffic
⭐️ Exercise a grateful heart & mind. Here are some of mine:
~ grateful for my home
~ grateful my family is safe & well
~ grateful I have working internet
~ grateful I have paper goods and non-perishables on hand
⭐️ Reach out and connect with others (at least by phone, text or email).
⭐️ Remember that “this too shall pass”.
